What is my delivery schedule?
If you are our customer you have a designated delivery run on which we make deliveries in your area. Call us at 315-431-4111 and one of our representatives will assist you. If we missed you on your regular delivery run, please call the office as we can make arrangements to delivery your order outside your normal delivery schedule.
How do I obtain data sheets?
Click on the Product Categories link, under the applicable vendor row, click on the “X” for the type of product specification in the SPECS column. This will bring you to the vendor’s website home page that will direct you to the product data sheet that you are looking for.

Please call our office and one of our representatives will assist you. If we are unable to assist you immediately, you may contact your sales representatives or any of our vendors that have resources online and toll free phone numbers with trained experts ready to assist you.
How do I place an order?
Please go to the Contact Us page and click on the sales@drakeoil.com link. An email format will pop up with Customer Order as the email title. Please type your order into the message and click send. If you prefer alternative means to order product, you can always call us at our office phone number above, fax it to (315)-432-0887 or contact your sales representative on his cell phone. If you don’t have it please call our office where we have it available. Otherwise, you may call after business hours and leave your order at extension 11.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7 am – 4:30 pm. If you are unable to reach us during those hours, stay on the line and leave a message at the most appropriate extension.
